Lime/cement stabilisation of over 300,000m2 of sand and clay, including the stabilisation of the stone wearing course in the building itself.  A major project to stabilise a 'Greenfield' site for the construction of a new distribution centre/warehouse for Comet.  In conjunction with earthworks contractors Webfell, and L J Church Laboratories, Beach designed and specified the ideal soil stabilisation mix to achieve the required ground strength values.
