Production of a CBM1A material using OPC.  Site won sand and imported PFA were laid out on top of each other in 150mm thick layers and pre-mixed with a Wirtgen stabiliser.  The OPC was then spread and mixed into the material.  A tolerance of +/- 5mm was achieved, as there is no stone layer on top, only tarmac base and wearing courses.
