Major stabilisation/improvement of Greenfield site. Specification prepared by Beach to meet design requirements of piling mat and construction raft. Lime/cement used to produce working platform for vibro piling rigs and also to improve fill material. The job was a fast track contract. Through the use of lime and cement stabilisation the site was open and working throughout the winter, allowing the Main Contractor Carillion to bring the contract in on time.
